Water Reminder uses HealthKit in order to record drinking data to Nutrition section in Health application. The app requests access to the following data types: Water When you add a drink to the app - it automatically sends to Health app the following nutritional information of that drink: water, caffeine, protein, calories, fat, carbs and sugars content. The synchronization with Apple Health can be switched off in the application Settings.
